Please help me to receive Your gift of Life,
and please help me to let it go in order to receive even more of life's blessings.
Please help me to receive the knowledge, the awareness of all support, 
all understanding that others are constantly willing to give me.
Please help me to receive their love, their appreciation, and their gratitude.
Please guide my asking so with each asking I am better able to receive.
Please help me to receive all answers that support my well-being and
the awareness of my true worth.
Please help me to receive the most appropriate relationships for my and others'
happiness, and please help me turn all relationships over to You, so I may
receive the holiness of Your relationships.
Please help me to recognize that my receiving any of Your gifts does not take
happiness away from anyone else but help me see that when I receive happiness,
it only makes it easier for others to receive happiness in their lives.
Please help me to see that as I receive, what I have to give is limitless.
Please help me to receive the gift of choice so I may always choose what is most
caring, loving, and healing.
But most importantly, please help me to receive You in all that I am, in all that I do,
in all that I say and in all I receive.
