There is nothing wrong in having plans. The
difficulty arises in our attachment to our plans.
If these plans are put ahead of our Higher Power;
we will experience the problems that occur when
plans replace our well-being and peace.
Here is an attachment to plans checklist:
Are you upset if these plans do not work out?
Do these plans exclude others?
Do these plans come ahead of peace?
Do these plans contain your worth?
Are these the only plans you think will work?
Are these plans open to suggestion and support?
Do these plans take priority over everything else?
Is your security and happiness determined by
these plans?
Are you protective of these plans?
Is there a desperation about achieving these
plans?
Do these plans allow you to be in the moment?
Are you willing to turn over these plans to your
Higher Power so the best may occur?
No, there is nothing wrong in wishing to plan
something. The real problem is putting these
plans ahead of the wisdom, the connection
of our Higher Power. If we give our plans
to our Higher Power for His Best to occur,
things will be brought together beyond our
best planning.
