If we consider that God is limitless, then we must realize
that
the ways He has to reach us are also limitless. We are
so
concerned that we are on the right path that we don't see that
God does not need a path to be with us. We think that we need
to
find God. It is so much easier to ask God to find us, as He knows
the way and is the Way.
Some religions say there is only one way to enter the kingdom
of
heaven. In a sense, this is true. It is by seeing the "Christ"
or
the divinity in each being that we enter the kingdom of heaven.
It is by realizing the Christ or the Light within ourselves that
we
experience our connection with Source.
What is a Saviour? A Saviour is someone who awakens our
awareness
of the "Christ", of the Light within us. A Saviour will always
point
to the God within us and invite us to listen to this Voice.
If we look at it, the first coming was the master - Buddha,
Jesus,
Krishna, Lao Tzu... pointing the way to what was possible. The
first coming,
then showed the way. The second coming is, "Now it is your turn
to
do what we have done and more". The second coming is the realization
of what the masters have always taught - God is within, the "Christ"
the Light is within.
Is there more than one road to God? Ultimately - no. It
is only by
seeing the God within that we will know Who we are Who and who
others
are. Can God reach us from any direction? Absolutely. For there
is
nowhere God is not. God will use all roads to lead us home.
