Owing

Owing, by its very nature, means we are not receiving something.
Being owed puts us in the position of being unable to receive.

We can ask for things, but as long as we believe we are owed something,
we will not let go of lack in order to receive the Best.

Being owed something is like wanting something. Being in want
keeps us in want, keeps us wanting. Being owed, keeps us in lack,
keeps us lacking. All we are left with is feeling owed or incomplete.
We feel incomplete because all of God's gifts are kept at a distance.

The fear is: "If I give up what I think I'm owed, I won't get anything."
But we say that being owed and receiving are totally opposite. We encourage your receiving of recognition, acceptance, love, support, patience, understanding. We simply remind you that keeping track of what you are owed  will not give these things to you.

The universe does not owe you anything. Are you willing to give up
all you think you are owed in order to receive all there is? Trying
to collect is not receiving. Again the fear is: "If I let go of what
I think I'm owed, then I won't be able to ask for or receive anything."
But in reality, it is by giving up what we think we're owed that we can
      ask for and receive anything.

      Prayer:

"Would You take what I think I'm owed or what I think I owe, and give me the gifts I truly wish instead."

God and the world do not owe us anything. However, God would gladly give us all that is His.
Example:  If you say to anyone, "You owe it to me to love me.", they would wish to run away. If we say I am open to all the love you have to give, this will bring an entirely different result.

When we believe we are owed something, we keep all those proofs that
explain why we are owed - an unhappy childhood, sickness, handicaps,
      bad luck, being deprived, loss.

If we think we are owed, then we also believe that we owe the world.
Anything that we think we are owed, we will also owe.
We don't owe the world or God anything. All we need is a willingness
to ask to share God's gifts in the most appropriate and loving way.

We set ourselves and others free to receive and to give.

Wiping the slate clean is truly letting go of all that we are owed and owe.

Owing is coming short of God's Gifts.

      For your consideration,
